Technician Staffing Coordinator - $22-23/hr.

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Source and recruit field technicians needed for nationwide installation projects
  • Use social media, job boards, and online platforms to identify and engage candidates
  • Screen and qualify technicians to ensure they match project needs
  • Prepare offer letters and contract agreements using templates
  • Ensure all technicians have proper, completed contracts before starting work
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and Coordinators to understand project scope, budgets, and timelines
  • Update our project database with technician and contract details
  • Build strong relationships with independent contractors and small vendor partners to expand our technician network
  • Maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external partners
  • Help ensure projects are staffed on time, on budget, and with quality talent

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer-focused office experience
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach-you take initiative and enjoy owning your work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities and communicate clearly and professionally
  • Dependability, accountability, and a strong sense of follow-through
  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

  • Schedule: : 8am-5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Location: Chanhassen, MN
  • Type: Contract-to-hire
